    The D is sloppy but overall, it's better. Plouffe and Dozier look like different players and Escobar/Florimon are much rangier players. Even Parmelee looks okay out there. They're not going to win any awards but if they stop the bone-headed plays, they might even be good.

    I think it's safe to say the Chris Parmelee experiment has failed. He's barely OPSing over .800.

    I can't get too riled up about Gardy's pen management... Yet. It was the fourth game of the season, tie game, on the road after Perkins had been up and down in the pen the night before. Should Gardy have used Perk? Maybe. Should he be crucified for not using him in that situation? Absolutely not.
