New bullpen chart page

We updated the bullpen chart page, and it's now automated. It pulls and updates at 2am every morning, so you can check it first thing.

Additionally, below the bullpen chart you'll find the past week of Twins transactions.

Expect to see a lot of changes like this coming in the next few weeks. I'm working on some pretty cool ****.
