Had the Bosox-WSox game on the radio this morning.

WSox puked another one up and are now playing .227 ball. 16,000 avg paid attendance.

Payroll? $63MM.  About 28th in MLB. Talk about waltzing a franchise into the grave.

What I found interesting is that there are NO commercial sponsors between innings except for ESPN radio (which hosts the games). Just dead air.

Plenty of those 10-second reads by the booth during the game (Yanks are the worst for it), but intra-inning time?
