Ricardo Velez has been named the Minnesota Twins Minor League Relief Pitcher of the Month in both April and May this year. What does he throw? What has made him so successful this season? Seth caught up with the 25-year-old from Puerto Rico about the start to his season, going to college in Oklahoma, going to the USPBL, and finally signing with the Twins.
