I read the Handbook and found some of the Sleepers and Players to Watch to be interesteing choices (Top 5 Position Listings).

What Sleepers and Players to Watch are you cheering for, to be that guy?

Who do you see bringing the biggest impact to the club in a few years (Sleeper / PTW)? Why?

What numbers (Stats) would you want to see from that individual(s) in a full season?
