Sliced in half, sauteed in olive oil, garlic added to about 50% higher level than you think safe, a splash of lemon juice, grate in some ginger, sprinkle a little brown sugar if you want --- if someone thinks they don't like brussels sprouts, try this and see if you can still resist.

 

Also works for kale.

Seriously.  Is this not the absolute best possible scenario to let your struggling 22 year old future center fielder play everyday for the big club?  What exactly do we have to lose at this point of this season?
