Great outing by Gibson, 8 innings of one-run ball. My only objection now is that Gibson is pitching so well now, can we really expect Kintzler to be as effective?

I'm wondering if it's some freaky physiological thing that he has no control over. He's obviously coordinated enough to hit a baseball and field a ground ball, but popups give him trouble.

Yep 96 pitches is too much, I am so ticked off at this, if we had a shut down closer, i would be ok with it, but we have nothing hear that, Gibsons game to win or lose IMO......or at least come out for the 9th and if someone gets on then bring in Kintzler.
