Seth Stohs Site Manager Posted February 20, 2012 Posted February 20, 2012 Alex Margulies has been the play by play man for the Ft. Myers Miracle the past two seasons. He announced today that he has accepted a position as Director of Broadcasting for the Modesto Nuts in the California League. It is a return to the west coast for him. Alex did an incredible job with the multi-media ventures of the Miracle which includes an app for mobile phones and the Miracle Insider Show that appeared twice a month on You Tube. He was an occasional guest on podcasts with me and did a great job. He will be replaced with the Miracle by Brice Zimmerman who joined him in the booth last year and was very active in the multi-media efforts. Best wishes to Alex out west and to Brice for his promotion!
Cody Christie Twins Daily Contributor Posted February 21, 2012 Posted February 21, 2012 Wow. This stinks. I loved what he did for the Miracle. I felt closer to the Miracle because of all of the hard work he did to bring the fans closer to the team. Best wishes for his future.
