Oswaldo Arcia named to 2012 Futures Game

The rosters were just released for the 2012 MLB Futures Game that will take place as part of All-Star Weekend in Kansas City.

 

The Twins lone representative will be Oswaldo Arcia, the recently promoted outfielder on the New Britain Rock Cats.

 

Arcia is off to a great start this year and it is awesome to see him get this honor. The Futures Game is one of my favorite parts of the All-Star Weekend and I will love to see what Arica can do against some of the other great prospects in the game.

Good for Arcia. Sad for the Twins that only one Twins player was selected.
