I am very happy with the direction this franchise is moving in, and think that we have an excellent mix of Young stars and veterans. To that end, here are the moves I would make as general Mgr.:

pitching: GONE ; Correia, Burton, down: Deduno. UP; Johnson, May, Achter.

offense: GONE; Parmelee, down: Hicks. UP; Fuld, trade for another outfielder, like Jay of St. Louis.

I dont think it would be the worst thing for Aaron Hicks to go to AAA but Chris Parmalee needs to go first.
