    I'm probably preaching to the choir here, but I have had about enough of the multiple video ads through a thread that are placed inside of people's replies. They are incredibly annoying, they take things longer to load, and they appear to screw things up. /rant.

    yeah not sure how I get labeled as acting elitist. People posting on message board during game = not general baseball public. Your average retired couple watching the twins on a Tuesday night in rural Minnesota = general baseball public. Idk, I just stating I don't see QS and WHIP as overly sabrmetric stats. I'm not being smug about it.

    You're not interpretting my comment correctly. It's not the fact that they were convering SABR stuff - its that QS ans WHIP were being discussed. I'm fine with them trying to introduce SABR stuff to the general public.

    Dude. Splitting hairs a bit. When compared to true SABR stats.. WHIP compared to ERA+ or isolated slugging, etc? come on.

    Quality starts and WHIP aren't exactly looked at as SABR categories. It's not that they are covering SABR

    That DOES sound like a pretty fantastic idea.. When that shirt is put to fruition, I fully expect my dollar royalty per shirt sold. What the hell will I do with $5?

    Just make Butera a fulltime pitcher and have him replace (insert crappy pitcher name here) in the rotation/bullpen. Tada problem solved!

    Being in Iowa, I am in the blackout zone for the twins, royals, cardinals, brewers, cubs, and white Sox. Which is totally fair. Also, im still trying to figure out why half my MLB network games get blacked out when neither team is even in the Midwest.
