    The complete inability for the twins to put together an actual inning with multiple hits and runs is shocking. 10 of their last 12 runs have come off of home runs.

    Oh stop it, no one is “hoping” for a loss but you’d be a darn fool to “want the Yankees”. They’re a better club even without the almost 20 year curse. Call me crazy but I’d like to see a playoff win, haven’t seen one since before I got my driver’s license. My patience has grown as thin as my hair. We match up better with the White Sox or even the rays. I guess that makes one a coward Or a bad fan.

    Blue jays in free fall mode, they won’t pass the Yankees. Boston blows a late 4 run lead over NY and is now in extras. Cleveland won and is two back of us. Never been ok with our team losing out but you’d be a fool to want anything else at this point

    Sure there is...Cleveland only three back and winning tonight. Won’t be easy but with how poorly the offense performs on a nightly basis, Cubs could easily sweep us.

    This offense is broken. The best thing that could happen would be to have Cleveland pass us. We’ll get embarrassed in New York. And it won’t be close like usual

    Yanks have now put up 42 runs in 20 innings in their series against the team closest to them (Toronto). Maybe they’re peaking too early lol

    Toronto trails the Yankees, the rays are ahead in their game...it’s all coming together folks

    And it happens on an almost nightly basis. Absurd that modern day pitchers can not get through 5 without throwing nearly 100 pitches. Ruining the game for me (as a lifelong pitcher)

    Thank god donaldson’s ejection fired up the fellas. They managed to fumble through the last few innings with more gusto than usual!

    if cleveland hadn't gone into full on tank mode already, that would be a good possibility. we'd really have to foul things up to get lower than the 5 seed at this point

    more likely the blue jays pass the yankees than the yankees pass the rays. they play eachother 5 more times, although toronto has been outscored 33-8 in their past two meetings
