    Seems as if there’s a feeling the division is wrapped up (because Cleveland is so bad) and we can just mess around with 6 man rotations and accepting 5 inning starts. In other words we can give some games away. That’s my take anyway

    Kind of what I was saying before. Apparently the Twins are playing the LONG (emphasis) game by managing his innings when nobody knows what ober will do down the road. Now it’s archer/bundy revisited for the time being. Been there done that

    He’s probably like most of us and has less of a tolerance for the annoying stuff at work as he’s gotten older

    To be fair, the guy has had to watch some pretty mundane and frustrating baseball over the last few years. He can’t turn the game off like we can 😉

    He hasn’t gone more than 5 innings in a month. If he’s burned out by august because of inning shortfalls over his career, then it’s another archer/bundy situation which is tough on the bullpen

    Not much worth in a starting pitcher who can’t pitch into august without falling to pieces
