    To be fair, the tigers have been hot for over a month. They were 55-63 on August 10. And about to pass us now.

    This thing of immediately playing rookies is only about 15 or so years old. You can see why guys used to sit the bench a couple years. Couple qb’s having a career resurgence were started immediately and struggled terribly. Darnold and (for longer) Mayfield. I feel bad for Young (as a player). For every rookie phenom like stroud, there are several duds. Some guys just need more time to learn and develop, but their teams are ready to move on by year 2.
