    The hit on Rodgers wasn’t called because he landed on him, it was called because of “an unnecessary second act”. I mean, referees could call penalties on most plays if they wanted. There’s usually someone holding somewhere. And generally they don’t flag penalties that are away from the play. I didn’t think the game was all that out of control. They are division rivals after all.

    Neither roughing the passer penalties were legit. Neither were some of the PIs. And the holding call that took a score off the board…

    Have to disagree. There was a phantom holding call that cost the jets a TD and another flag on a phantom PI. Both were huge plays. Then you had the play where Rodgers clearly fumbled (tuck rule) and the booth inexplicably stepped in and called it incomplete before the bills could challenge. Someone else got flagged for inappropriately talking to an official? Lol don’t think I’ve ever seen that called. No one wants to watch a game like last night especially not in prime time

    The MNF game is one of the most poorly officiated games I can remember ever seeing. Over 200 yards of accepted penalties. Pretty much a flag every play.
