  1. 3 pretty horrendous ABs in that inning. This...has not been a good start to the year. Wish we could see some signs of life. Hasn't felt like we've been in either game, yet both have been close.
  2. The twins are 9-18 in season opening series games since 2008
  3. Nice game so far for BB
  4. Of course we're letting a rook just wreck us.
  5. When does watching the games become fun?
  6. I may very well have a short memory, but there are very few first series of the year that stand out to me as being well played by our team. We seem to stink, hard, for the first week of the season. Have to wonder what's up (if this continues).
  7. It will be interesting to see if the offense repeats the same anemic start that it did the first few games on 2015. Really only one threatening inning offensively tonight. The rain thing was a tough call. Radar showed steady rain for hours. Ruined the whole day, but if anything is impossible to predict, it's the weather. Santana wasn't exactly looking sharp before the delay.
  8. Twins hit for one inning. O's hit for two.
  9. The can't miss guy can't stop missing the baseball with the bat.
  10. oof. Offense roaring out of the gates again. Need to request skipping opening day next year.
  11. To be fair, we probably should have been eliminated weeks ago. The sloppy Astros kept us in it, but this was a mediocre club since the all star break.
  12. Complete meltdown. Cya in April fellas.
  13. The slow death March to elimination continues.
  14. Wahhhhh I didn't want it to end. Too many missed chances throughout the year. Had a chance "and we let em off the hook!"
  15. I literally could not have taken another playoff elimination at the hands of the Yankees, though.
  16. With the Angels and Astros now winning, I have the same thought watching tonight unfold as I usually do on most of my dates: "that couldn't have gone much worse"
  17. My impression of Sano's swing
  18. Dozier continues his hot hitting.
  19. Hey at least we won't have to be eliminated by the yanks for the fifth time in 12 years.
  20. I can't look at Trevor may without seeing a slimmer private Pyle from full metal jacket
  21. If this is indeed the end, pretty sad way to go out. Young was hanging meatball after meatball and we haven't had a hit since the second inning. Second straight night of putrid offense. No can do in October
