    Since the MLB commish rob manfred is at the LLWS, you think there's any chance he could throw a scouting report together for mr. Antony? Anything has to be better than this pile of trash we call a pitching staff.

    For what it's worth, johan's ERA through his first 8 games was almost 8.50 and radke's was over 7. if that means anything to ya.

    I sort of feel bad for Berrios. Clearly he's struggling with confidence and stuff between the ears. No other explanation for such a monstrous drop off when he gets up here. Unfortunately, he's not easing any worries that almost all our stud prospects may be big bustaroo's

    If we hasn't loaded the bases and still managed to avoid scoring, the call would stand out even more.

    This has to be top 3 biggest blown calls in postseason history. Not that it would have mattered, but it's inexcusable this was a missed call

    The running for punishment thing never really worked. But neither did the whistle to the helmet.

    The umpire literally could not have been any closer to that ball. And he still missed it.

    Haha yes, some loser coaches seem to have gotten off on that kind of stuff, but from my understanding, you aren't even allowed to wear full equipment or have physical contact for that week. As a 150 pound nothing in high school, I certainly dreaded the hitting aspect, but it didn't kill me!

    God, I would love to hear jack Morris's unfiltered opinion about the twins. I imagine there would be tons of cursing and tobacco spit flying everywhere.

    I've been out of high school for a little over ten years. The other day the newspaper ran a story about the pre season high school football conditioning schedule. Let's just saw its a tad bit different from what I experienced. Not that it was like boot camp when I played, but when you cut the preseason workouts in half and replace it with "heat acclimation week", it makes me chuckle.
