It would be nice if there was something about this club I could get excited about. Youth movement, no. Good play, no. Exciting players to watch, no. The playoffs, no. Next year will be better though...

Someone tell me who is a leader in that clubhouse? This is sad.

You know its a tough season of baseball when you find yourself actually looking forward to and enjoying the commercials between innings. Love the Century Link commercial with Paul Giamatti and Carrier commercial with Hrbek. The Cialas ads are pretty good too.

Question: If you have a car with a Blue Jay's shortstop, a Blue Jay's catcher and a Blue Jays pitcher in it who is driving the car? Answer: A cop.

Dick just said the Twins have an 80% success rate stealing bases this year. I think we're gonna win the World Series next year!!

Couldn't agree more. Well said. No leaders on that team whatsoever.

I have been a Twins fan my entire life. I've seen great teams, good teams and bad teams. This 2016 team is by far the worst I've ever witnessed. I think you have a number of issues going on that are contributing to this: 1. Front office seems to be in disarray. Obviously they don't know when to promote or demote the younger players. Much like a batter, the front office seems to have timing issues. 2. I'm not in the dugout everyday nor on the practice field with the players but in seems to me that there are some coaching and managing problems. I miss the way the Twins were always known for the fundamentals (T.K. style). 3. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO LEADERS IN THE CLUBHOUSE. Name one that stands out. Over the years the great and good teams always had at least one or more leaders in the clubhouse. Maybe Tori Hunter played a bigger role last year behind the scenes...Not really sure but some of these guys need to man up.

Maybe he should be playing in Oakland. I read Moneyball. I heard Beane loves those type of players.

Sorry Chief, almost forgot to add his most insightful comment. "We couldn't get out of the 7th".

You won't like them. 1. Hughes shoulder was sore. 2. Balls were flying everywhere. 3. A lot of ums, ahhs, etc. 4. It was a good loss (serious) You didn't miss much

I decided to listen to the game on the radio tonight while running errands. Kind of hoped it would be a better experience for me instead of watching on t.v. Didn't work, drove the truck into the ditch in the 7th.
