    I do not agree that Tampa,s success is built mostly on high round draft picks. Many folks believe that Tampa's success is attributed to their years of picking high in the draft. My point is, this is not necessarily so. Their starting staff highlights my opinion. Its obvious that they have developed a number of high round picks.

    Glenn Perkins is talking about how he is altering his spring for the upcoming World Baseball Classic. Any Worries? Also, would you rather have our prospects preparing with their National Teams or working in Twins Camp with Tom Kelly on their Fundamentals. I personally believe that the WBC is a bad idea and a meaningless tournament. I am probaly in the minority on this one.     The Twins generated 93 million Dollars in pretax earnings between 2008-2011. I guess it's to much to expect the Pohlad's to invest in a quality product. We are now celebrating the likes of Calvin Griffith? This is the Man who gave Harmon Killebrew the choice of a pay cut or the chance to leave and not come back.

    The Twins have a nice positive Season Ticket Forum on their own site. If you have invested a few dollars in their product, you should be very happy there. I was referring to the offseason in general.

    The Twins owe their Fans a much improved product. They gave very little effort in making it so. Just two years ago, the Twins sold more tickets then twenty six other Teams. How quickly they forget.

    In response to Roger, I believe the Twins run a forum on their site which is cheerful and positive. When a company is dishonest with their consumers, you're going to see rocks and arrows thrown their way.

    I think J.C. about nails it. It's also possible to walk and chew gum at the same time. How does Saint Louis accomplish this along with Tampa and their abundance of Pitching (see KC trade.) Even the Twins turned over their Team with out missing a beat. How many players were on the 2002 94 win team and also on the 94 win 2010 team? Only once did the Team win less then 83 games during the period between those seasons. Also, who is suppose to pay for these throwaway seasons? The Twins will still be charging premium prices for their product. The above list contains to many average Players. We have seen this scenario before. (90's) No thank you.
