I'd sure take it, but they don't deserve to win this game. Now have burned through Pagan, Thielbar, Jax, and Duran, to boot. With Texas in town tomorrow. -

He was good for the Twins, but he hadn't gotten a start in the big leages since 2018, when he started 2 of 9 appearances. The Twins didn't move him to the pen.

I think the entirety of that deal was getting Lopez off the team, not Floro ON the team. Getting Miami to take him, and get him closer to his family, was a nice bonus.

They're going to activate Buxton. That's inevitable. The only question is, what then? CF or DH? Easy call. What they should have done in May, at the latest. If he gets hurt, he gets hurt. If he doesn't, hope he hits. But he's going to be on the roster before too long.
