    Never saw 3 middle infielders sprinting to 2nd base before.

    Did Caratini fall down twice going down the first base line to be thrown out by 2 strides on that double play ball. There is “catcher slow” and “Caratini slow”. My goodness!

    Umpire has missed some low pitches and mistakenly calling them as strikes with no challenges by either team.

    Twins won’t call up young rookies this year due to burning up their service time and there will be a labor stoppage in 2027 in my humble opinion.

    Martin has no power in his stroke. 4 hopper ground ball or weak fly out every time. Ugh!

    Is Joe showing up his infielders? At least twice, he’s thrown up his hands when ground balls have bounced through the infield for hits. Maybe, he just assumes fielders are positioned where the ball is hit and then surprised when they are not.

    The play is to 2nd, then back to 1st and Randy’s run doesn’t matter. Cal Raleigh isn’t fast.

    The performance of our bullpen has been lights out in July. The results are so much better than the first two months of the season. They still are going to blow up on occasion in August and September and lose some leads but all teams will experience that in the next two months. But let’s appreciate the performance improvement of the bullpen during the last 45 days. Hawk has done a nice job coaching the bullpen.
