Don’t think the cropping was some intentional act… Is this more transparent? But that’s still the position he has played primarily! Okay, only 161 games. He’s 23. It would be weird if he’d been there for 300+… Your right, he’s not a finished product - so let’s try him at other places to see if he’s more naturally suited. Because I’m sorry, 161 innings is enough that I think he should be better than what I’ve seen. He fairly regularly makes errors.

I mean, between last year and this year, 115 games. But, he also has only been in the bigs seriously since 8/5/25, so that’s a fair bit I’d say…

Ugh, Gray… Even when he plays well I just don’t trust it…

My only criticism would be that I think part of the reason he doesn’t play everyday is because, unfortunately, he hasn’t been doing strong defensively. It does suck that we’ve got so many people who play outfield, but I’m alright with them playing with the puzzle pieces a little bit. I want Keasch to play everyday, too! But I want to find a place where he can play everyday without risking being a hindrance.

I always get nervous with Sell talk, and hopefully a bunch of you will disagree with what I’m about to say and help assuage my fears. But the fact is, baseball is a very movable sport. I mean, look at the soon to be Vegas Athletics. The current Washington Nationals. The former Washington Senators. My fear is that the Pohlads will sell to whoever offers top dollar, and not to whoever is committed to keeping the Twins in Minnesota. I’ve spent my entire life in Twins Territory, and I would be devastated if the place I’ve lived my whole life is suddenly not Twins Territory. Especially because, as another commenter has noted, there are some people who think Minnesota can’t support a team. So, I’d rather continue to support what is currently the Pohlad’s Twins, because at the end of the day what I’m really supporting is Minnesota Baseball.
