    I really was hoping they would have called Miranda up to begin with. Is this going to be the 2024 version of letting Wallner stay hot in St Paul while the parent team flounders offensively? It's not hard to see the parallels.

    The possibilities are endless (like all possibilities are.) I am completely comfortable with the plugins if either needs a little (but not a lot of) time down. This infield is special.

    There's a lot of excitement just a few miles from Target Field again in 2024.

    A long term contract talent like Witt will adjust the perception of the Royals, like a long term commitment to Lewis would for the Twins. Personally I hate the Sox and am tired of Cleveland. I'd love to see KC or Detroit field competitive squads.

    The Twins are fortunate to have three or four faces of the franchise! Lewis.. Pablo.. Lee.. Correa? Jenkins? Duran? All in various stages of ripening.. it's exciting.

    The preponderance of mixed reactions to the trade make it likely that this will turn out to be another win-win.. without the star power of last year's Marlins trade.

    Apparently the Twins couldn't hit him at all. .090 avg . So he won't be on the mound against us opening day.

    The amount of regression can be partially mitigated by signing the steadying continuity of a Donovan Solano or a Kyle Farmer.
