Front office isn't doing anyone any favors to be sure. But that doesn't let Rocco off the book. He's a crappy manager. Nice job Vazquez.

Mitigated the damage but scoring 3 runs today is not at all likely.

For this team to have success with the position players they have, you would need the second coming of Casey Stengel...so it's not all on Rocco. But you combine subpar talent with terrible decisions from the dugout and here we are.

Paddack sucks. Can't put anyone away.
  5. Twins_Fan_in_NJ
    Welp, that'll be it.
  6. Twins_Fan_in_NJ
Paddack has to start putting hitters away. Gets to the second strike, no problem and then it becomes too laborious.
  7. Twins_Fan_in_NJ
Yup. Big inning coming for Boston.
  8. Twins_Fan_in_NJ
    Little League stuff there...
  9. Twins_Fan_in_NJ
Was thinking the same. Buck hasn't been awful. Just too often though, he'll strike out in a big spot. Overall though, he's putting together a nice season.

This was by far the toughest and worst pitching match up of the road trip. Makes the Cleveland series all the more frustrating. Left a lot of meat on the bone.

    Never a doubt.
  12. Twins_Fan_in_NJ
    Bold move.

    But now we get Bregman...
  14. Twins_Fan_in_NJ
    Nasty pitch.
  15. Twins_Fan_in_NJ
lol. Here. We. Go. Yet again.
  16. Twins_Fan_in_NJ
Yeah, an insurance run is needed.
  17. Twins_Fan_in_NJ
    Yet!
  18. Twins_Fan_in_NJ
    5-4 loss just seems right.

FIFY. Bomba squad made his resume and it was a lifetime ago in baseball years.
  20. Twins_Fan_in_NJ
    Fair point.
  21. Twins_Fan_in_NJ
With him, it's more about the injuries and staying healthy. He's been effective for sure.
  22. Twins_Fan_in_NJ
Suicide squeeze would be more effective than the contact play.
  23. Twins_Fan_in_NJ
This team's situational hitting has to be the worst in baseball.
  24. Twins_Fan_in_NJ
Paddack to the pen makes sense. It has made sense for a while so it's curious on why it hasn't happened.
  25. Twins_Fan_in_NJ
    Varland-esque...
