    I stream with FUBO. Get local channels and the Twins games. Pablo is kicking azz today. More fastballs, less sliders. The hanging sliders and hanging sweepers are the pitches getting hammered. Pablo leaves them in the middle of the plate. I like Jim Kaats analogy. If you throw 10 sliders, 1 or 2 of the are not going to break and are very hittable.

    Last night was the perfect opportunity for Rocco to go ballistic about the ball and strike calls. Show some fire, show the players something other than tomorrrow is another game. Get kicked out and rally your players to show some fire. This team has read the spring training press clips and think they can just show up and win. Ain't happening.

    It's an organization top to bottom hitting approach that needs to be changed. The other teams have effictive advance scouts that know how to pitch to the Twins, I'm not sure the Twins employ such scouts after this winters payroll cut fest.

    The owners deliberately made this years team worse than last years team. They forced the front office to trade for damaged players and for players opposing teams were willing to pay a large amount of salary for the Twins to take them off of their roster. This is the team Rocco has to play games with. I keep being reminded of the "inning eater"pitchers Terry Ryan used to trade for. Why not just come out and say it?.......we have to play 9 innings so we need SOMEBODY on the field. That's as close to defending Rocco as I will get. His press conferences are as exciting as white bread. I can imagine his locker room presence isn't much more exciting.

    Thanks SSOO, I try to stay positive but when the team plays bad defense it seems the pitching and hitting goes bad also. And they have been playing bad defense lately. Attitude is everything and hopefully the players (and fans) can get upbeat and confident so the outlook isn't so drab. Bibee is a heck of a good pitcher and since I expect the Twins to have to scratch for every hit and run they will score 7 today. I like Paddock and feel much better about the trade that brought him here.

    Does anyone know if the Twins employ advance scouts anymore? They sure seem to be behind the 8 ball when it comes to making adjustments. It's not all on Rocco but geez louise they have 3 hitting coaches and are getting shut out for the 3rd time in 4 games. 11 to zero against their rival, ANd the cherry on top, Smalley is stuttering and strammering more this year than ever before. He is unlistenable.
