  1. Just don't give to charity thats immoral. Go **** yourself.
  2. For a guy who likes to throw around the word threat you sure are a pathetic loser. That was a personal insult because honestly it applies to you and I'm all about honesty. See you later jackass.
  3. No members of Seal team 6 are running. It's amazing how Obama and his supporters want to say "I did that, I made that happen". Does it matter if he pulled the trigger? He's the guy who made the call to invade the compound and kill bin Laden. Trying to call the President that killed Public Enemy #1 "soft" is not going to play well in the polls with people who aren't completely aligned with one side or the other. And I'm not even an Obama "supporter". I just think he's a slightly better option than Romney. That's your problem. You refuse to look at the world from any perspective that isn't your own myopic view of the world. I'm not a Democrat. I've never been a Democrat. Yet because I don't toe the GOP line, I'm somehow automatically thrown into the "Obama" camp. That's why the Republican Party is not going to win me back any time soon. Hell, I might just vote for Gary Johnson if I suddenly decide that I want to make a statement vote and that Minnesota has zero chance of going for Romney. If the GOP had been smart enough to attempt attracting moderates and non-insane people by nominating Jon Huntsman, there's about a 75% chance my vote would be going to the Republican Party this November. The reason why Obama is president is because the non democrats who pretend they support some Republican ideas gave us McCain and then decided he was a big jerk and they were going to continue to pretend not to be Democrats and vote for obama.
  4. The GOP is going to lose badly if they try to play that card on the guy who killed the most notorious terrorist of our lifetimes No members of Seal team 6 are running. It's amazing how Obama and his supporters want to say "I did that, I made that happen".
  5. He'll win the state where he just very publicly pulled all of his ads and shut down local campaigning? Interesting theory. If the debates swing things then of course, if the debates don't swing things then of course not. Sometimes baseball teams win games after clinching a playoff spot using a triple A #3 starter. I've got it 317-221 Romney if I'm wrong so be it. Keep in mind polling still fails to show Obama above 50% in Michigan.
  6. Well the MSM spends way more time on national polls as though a national poll really says anything. Until the first debate is over I go by national polls. I see it right now as obama up 2-3 which would give him a fairly big EC win, but nobody really knows what kind of closer either Obama and Romney are. The 08 election was decided when McCain stood with Obama on the bailout, Obama had a decent lead, but never had to finish the job. Romney has won elections and lost them in one state, a state that he should have lost in everytime. I've seen some debate footage from Mass and he can be real forceful and tough. After Obama's convention speech I was 100% convinced Romney would win, but Obama's convention bounce still lingers although Rassmunsen is back to about where things were pre conventions (Romney +2). The first debate will decide this thing, given reality it's Romney's to lose. If I had to make a prediction I'd guess Romney wins all current "swing states" plus 1 probably Michigan.
  7. My point has been made. The guy has no restraint.
  8. Do you really even need to ask that? Is he just a football player the same way Sandra Fluke was just a college student? First of all Kluwe is a punter not a football player, second of all he's been a loudmouth jerk for years now. I'll vote no because it's the right thing to do, but Yes will win because of people like Kluwe who want to throw it in peoples faces. By the way Kluwe might want to learn what the 1st amendment means. If I was the NFL I'd start finning Kluwe until he learns how to make his point in a PG 13 way.
  9. My big problem is this is Kluwe, and his complete lack of the ability to make a point without being an idiot and offending people. This amendment will pass this fall in large part because those in favor of it are unwilling to fight for the support of Republicans. If this was simply about gay rights then the vote would be simple, but the pro no side has made it about so much more. As a Republican who wants to vote no (again on something that will not result in any change), I need to know that the other side is not trashing Republicans in the process. You can't trash everything I believe in and get my vote. Politics is way to important to let the other side get away with this crap.
  10. I never make threats I simply state my opinion. I've learned from you that when there is an issue we post it from within the threads, and I happen to have an issue with you are statements that insult me. As for the specific issue that opposes gay rights it's African Americans and it's way worse then Republicans, and if we can't have the discussion about black people who hate gays we have a problem.
  11. A few more horrible calls only makes the NFL product better. You don't want them in your teams game, but when your watching Ravens Bengals tonight an embarrassingly bad call that can't be reviewed and an entire stadium of booing fans only adds to the show.
  12. I kinda thought having only 20 seconds left with timeouts and Walsh not having a track record yet almost made it a sure thing that they would have a FG attempt (I thought they would have tried it from as far as 70). A kick return and two prevent defense completion will always get Walsh in his range.
  13. The amendment doesn't change a thing in reality. If the pro rights side is going to hurt Republicans chances of winning elections by stereotyping them as anti gay while not pointing out other groups that nearly always oppose their rights it won't be nearly as easy to vote my convictions. And the "sounds like you're" stuff can end now buddy. You've crossed the line with me one to many times.
  14. I like the fact that nobody covering this story is mentioning the guy is a Democrat. As a Republican on the vote no side this kind of media bias will make my decision in the ballot booth harder then it should be.
  15. Third party runs can work, but even a meaningful candidate has less then 1% chance of contending. Ron Paul is taking the easier path as crazy as it seems. Endorsing Johnson would erase all the work he's done these last 4+ years, and would only gain Johnson 5% at best, which would also give him momentum that he could try to take advantage of. The process is the process you really can't get around it, at last in a political way.
  16. Is "economic leadership" another way of saying tax cuts for the wealthy? No it's a way of saying make the unmotivated motivated, or make the unmotivated suffer, we're pro choice you know.
  17. Didn't see enough of the game to say Ponder figured anything out, but he did his job and AP was who he's supposed to be. If they win next week the word playoffs will be allowed by me.
  18. I hope a lot of people do vote Johnson, it will send a clear and strong message. I think Romney understands what needs to be done, with or without this message, but a certain point the other side needs to stop using the word extremist to describe economic leadership in tough times.
  19. I have Peterson and Jones Drew on my fantasy team, if there are 5 TD's in this game they get at least 2 of them and probably 3. Not gonna start either of them but I wouldn't be at all shocked if Peterson goes for 80 and 2. This game is the key to my Vikings 0-16 prediction, I see it more like a 16-13 game. I have about as much confidence in Ponder as I had in McNabb, he gets more credit per completion then any QB in the history of the NFL. Complete a pass in a tight spot once, thats what NFL QB's do.
  20. Has anyone ever told Kluwe he's a punter?
  21. When you have people like Chris Kluwe and John Kriesel on your side it makes it really hard to vote no. If your under 40 and hate gay people you suck at life. That being said Chris Kluwe sucks at life.
  22. Seems to me this could only be proven if we had a voter ID law. Why is it Democrats assume people that vote for their candidates are stupid lazy and irresponsible?
  23. Didn't get my absentee ballot in the mail yet. It would be racist and unfair if I had to do something to get one.
  24. There's a lot wrong with the voter ID plan but on a simple level, why should 200,000+ people have to go to the government to get back their fundamental right? Same reason I can't vote in my living room. If you want to vote you need to take some responsibility. If a convicted felon votes for Obama my legal vote for Romney is rendered meaningless and thats BS. Voting would be so much more worth while if we had an obstacle court prior to casting our choice. We live in a Democracy, bub. Even the lazy and derelict have a right to be represented without needing some extra test of responsibility. The other solution is death penalty for election fraud.
  25. I would suggest if your moving prior to the election that instead of pretending a law that doesn't exist will skrew you over (also known as the left is willing to tell any lie prior to an election) you take a little responsibility to do what the law requires you to do to legally cast a vote. Or choose not to vote.
