    Molitor has played at age 40. That would seem to give him an advantage in knowing how to use Hunter on any given day.

    Great Job, Chi!!! I think Torii is mostly a polarizing force to the TD fanbase (and to fans on other sites). I don't think he's much of a polarizing force if you just take Twins fans in general. And I hope Sox fans do boo him -- would be the kind of thing he feeds off of.

    It's a TEAM game ..... and this has been the ultimate TEAM effort. So much fun to see who will come through in the clinches. A 13th inning HR from Mr. Mauer? Who'd have thunk it? I do hope a couple of players emerge who can put the team on their shoulders if it starts going bad but i love that the team has a lot of different "heroes".

    I can tell it was mostly guys in here last night. Beer cans scattered around. Peanut shells on the floor. I borrowed the Twins' broom to do a little sweeping but I'll make sure they get it back before Chicago.

    Don't look now but the White Sox are 18-18. 4 teams in the Central at or above .500. True to many pre-season projections, I guess, if you sub the Twins for the Indians. Edit: White Sox are 18-19. Didn't realize they weren't finished with their game with Cleveland.
