  1. I think Sano can be a top 15 RF (In the AL Central)
  2. Yeah, it almost negates the classic Rosario 2 pitch at bats.
  3. Oh I know. I mean I'm glad he made the catch, but oh boy, even the routine ones are going to be an adventure.
  4. That "catch" doesn't concern you?
  5. Don't you have a column to write Reusse ?
  6. "Sano with a LEAPING catch!"- Bert
  7. He certainly wasn't bunting for a base hit...
  8. Arcia isn't a "good" or anything close to an average RF either. The Twins actually had an elite RF on their roster this off-season, but chose to trade him for a guy who has yet to get a plate appearance yet.
  9. Nope! It was a bunt from Dozier with zero outs!
  10. Bunting in the 3rd inning with one of your best 3 hitters..........ugh.
  11. Yeah, I agree, he did a good job turning on a mistake pitch, hopefully he can turn it around overall and quicker then some of us think.
  12. That ball Monday wasn't hit hard, Sano took his first two steps in, took a bizzarre route and still ended up somewhat close to it. It wasn't going to be an "easy" catch by any means, but several RF could have had it. I will find out the hangtime etc shortly
  13. There aren't any Buxton haters.... saying a guy looks over-matched at the plate isn't hating.
  14. Buxton! We HAVE to get him home this inning.
  15. Hicks would have caught it. That double wasn't even hit that hard the other day, it looked worse because for some reason Sano took his first two steps IN on that one. That "Double" opening day gets caught by a good RF.
  16. If Suzuki was on the mound they would.
  17. It's on par with the Josh Freeman at QB experiment.
  18. For those counting at home, that is now TWO "doubles" that a "good" RF would have caught.
  19. Well that Run is on Terry Ryan.
  20. "There are a lot of other people who have birthdays today"- Bert
  21. I think they give Buxton a solid 20-30 games to "get it together" at that stage they can send him down to AAA if need be, and potentially call up Kepler...though that OF defense would be pretty terrible (assuming Rosario in CF and Sano+Kepler in RF/LF)
