    I like Taylor Rogers, he's been great. But those are two awful, awful pitches on 0-2 counts! I don't think a fine is sufficient for that level of awfulness.

    Score effect is real, in all sports. I don't think it has anything to do with trying but when a team is well up on another, it's not that much of a stretch to say intensity drops in certain situations which lead to things that likely don't happen in a closer game.

    Colon, Granite in the 2 hole and a 3 man bench. What.....they lost? Seriously, I know the Twins aren't a legit contender but the division is wide open and this is the Twins approach? Fringe teams can't afford those kind of decisions.
