    Escobar made a nice play to prevent the run... Just Couldnt finish it. Plouffe moved his feet... Set his feet and air mailed it anyway. Errors happen but at least it wasn't because they were playing lazy baseball.

    I think the decision to send him home was OK... It took a fantastic throw... Viciedo had to range to his left to get the ball and he was in deep left.

    It was a great throw... That's the only way he got out... Doumit didn't slide and I assume that he didn't know that he had to. He looked over at Morneau after he collided with the catcher... I assume he was thinking where were you... Its the on deck hitters responsibility to head toward the plate to let the runner know if he should slide or not at home.
