    While checking Minneapolis radar. I widened it out... And noticed an impressive storm rolled thru the Fond Du Lac area. I'm guessing high winds and flooding. I'm no meteorologist but I didn't stay at a Holiday Inn Express either.

    So.. I'm looking at Twins Player stats for 2014. Escobar and Mauer are very similar.

    That was before Sabermetrics It used to be... Don't make the 1st out at third because the guy at the plate can move you to third and don't make third out at third because a single can score you from 2nd. Since Sabermetrics... That's all out the window. Now... You don't want to make an out at anytime... Ever. Research suggests that you score more if you don't make an out.

    Regardless if the ball hit the dirt or not... Vargas battled back very impressively from 3-0 against Mauer. Each pitch was about perfect.

    It takes me 5 hours to pack... 5 minutes to throw everything in and 4 hours and 55 minutes for my wife to go through it and question everything.

    I'm going to try and get behind Swansea this year but wasn't feeling it yet. Watching the victory over Man U sure helped. I could get behind Swansea. Been looking for a replacement team since Portsmouth fell to their death. I was a big Portsmouth fan when Redknapp was coaching them. I still check Portsmouth scores but you can't watch them on TV in League 2 and games against Dag and Red don't excite many. So... Swansea? Maybe? Go... Umm.... Swans?
