    I tangled the phone chord around my neck and walked a little too far... Pulled the phone off the wall... Hitting the meat loaf plate fresh out of the oven perfectly... Knocking it off the table. Right in front of the dog who got a couple of good long licks in before my screaming mother could rescue it. Hold it in her hands while thinking if it could still be served to our relatives due to arrive in 5 minutes. I was 14 and life got better everyone had a phone story from youth.
