  1. When you compare Bailey to Odorizzi you see what the FO was seeing. Bailey actually has higher average velocity on his fastball, has a the split finger that really progressed late last year, and had success against Houston and NYY late in the year. I like Bailey over Perez for the simple fact that I think Bailey will listen. I don't think Perez followed instructions very well....seemed to go away from what made him successful early in 2019.
  2. The biggest thing that Donaldson brings......CSW added Gio, Keuchel, and Rondon is coming back to take on our LH bats. I thought last years roster was the best roster that I have seen....this makes this years better....amazing with the cap ###. Maybe add Tajuan Walker or Aaron Sanchez to the mix somehow/someway?
  3. I would look at Rosario before Gibson....Rosario and Berrios are my first two choices. I would even put Kepler above Gibson.
  4. What about this as a counter on the WAR debate: Kepler 2.8 Cruz 2.9 (4.1 2017) Berrios 3.8 Rosario 3.6 Gibson 3.9 in 2018 Schoop in 2018 (5.1 in 2017) Buxton in 2018 (5.2 in 2017) You could legitmately say we have 5 players near or above 3 WAR w/o bringing Schoop, Buxton, or Sano into the conversation..
