I truly thought this was a division winning year in march, but I could’ve never dreamed about approaching 100 wins. Great year, but still a lot of work to do!
I have the same thought...... Yordan Alvarez has to be a 5 year vet, right? Astros definitely have some amazing hitting coaches to get these guys to their full potential.
I would personally go Arraez 2B Polanco SS Cruz DH Kepler CF Sano 3B Garver C Rosario LF Cave RF Gonzalez 1B ...... I’m no manager though. I pushed Eddie back because of OBP issues and depth of power ability.
It is better to have a problem with too many good players than to have too few. When Garver and Cruz come back, I would personally option astudillo and dfa/trade adrianza, but then again, I am not a professional gm
Even though a lot of our bullpen has been good so far, it would be nice to see the Twins to sign and trade for some flamethrowers. If only Romero could gain control.... I think Brusdar Graterol would also be an interesting September call up to see what he's got
As a fan, I would love to see the power surge of late 2017 (for everybody on the team, really). Polanco is a lot better than people think, and has huge potential.
