Go with what we have. Get 3 months into the season and backend starters are still available. They are always available. Catch lightning with a young arm or two and maybe just maybe the teams pitching needs will not be as worrisome as people think they are today.

Since voters get 10 votes a ballot (year) who else is on the ballot when a player 1st goes on the ballot shouldnt really effect that players vote total. If a voter thinks that player is HOF worthy they have 10 chances to say so. Dont get me started on voters who return a blank ballot and have to let the world know about it.

Internet says average NFL GM career over last 5 years is 2.1 years. Player 3.3 years. Kwesi is right at average now. If this next draft is more of the same I stand by he should be buh-bye.

It would be great if he could stay a starter and effectively cover 130+ innings lost by Gray and Maeda leaving. Stats in this article say his true value is probably in a relief role. However things break it seems like a good way for the Twins.

The Twins franchise is very valuable. Last I saw its estimated value was around 1.5 billion. Not bad considering the Pohlads bought them for 44 million and got taxpayers to buy them a place to play. I bet the franchise will be worth more next year and the year after and the year after.....
