    The heck with Guillen. If the old man wasn't half the age of Chief, I would propose Fidel Castro as manager of the Twins. He loves baseball, he has lead young men into battle against all odds and has achieved victory. Although authoritarian in nature, he has lead a small market country against the biggest market country in the world and held his own for 50 years. I know, he is too old now, but Fidel would be my first choice if he were 30 years younger. He would probably wrestle away ownership from the Pohlads and he would use the iconic illustration of Che Guevera as our new logo. That would be cool! Viva La Revolución… Viva Gemelos!!!
