My guess would've been - he is a vulnerable adult, he is a multi-millionaire, he talks to strangers too much, he is grieving his wife's death, and his son became a meth addict and he is probably the perpetrator.

Uncle Bob is hog-tied in the back of the front wagon, next to Chief, who is taking a nap. The Doritos are in Uncle Bob's belly. (this is my lazy response as I forgot to add them)
