I truly believe, in my heart of hearts, that the Twins would be much better this year if Terry Ryan went to Hair Club for Men this past offseason. I think if his confidence was in better shape, the Twins would have benefited from it and his roster construction choices would have been enhanced from this new found confidence.

I hope he pitches a 2 hit shut out and is sent back to Rochester, It would be better for his development and psyche as he is on a better team, and honestly, what the hell has Rochester had go good for them except for Kodak? It's time for things to equal out. Lex Talionis! Rochester Red Wings AAA Champions!!! I no longer think about the Twins.

To the powers that be... does anyone think it is possible we can just pretend in the game thread and make up stories and game scenarios like we are sweet, an unstoppable force bent on conquest and destruction of other MLB teams. I think that would be nice. If that is disagreeable, I would gladly be happy if we could pretend I work at a poop factory and I am the taste tester. Your call.

It's looking like the battle of the bulge. Nazi Detroit is making a grandiose final attack, but the Allie Twins are starting to turn back the tide. Something like that, kind of, sort of, maybe... no, not really.

I am getting the goose bumps about the Twins like I did back in 1993 with Chevy Chase's late night show and in 1995 with movie "Showgirls". I feel electric!
