    I don't buy into Lynn not giving a crap. The guy has to settle in and pitch well or he'll be lucky to get a 1/couple mill deal. He's probably just trying to hard or just getting creamed by AL hitting.

    I've got nothing to push back with on anything you said. I will say this though. I expect Garver will be alright once he gets anough ABs to get acclimated to major league pitching, and I think his defense will get better as he logs more innings behind the plate. I think he'll be solid. Hopefully anyway, He's really all the Twins have in the near future in their pipeline that shows promise. We'll see.

    I tried it about two years ago and they claimed they had to charge like 70 cents for it. I used to do it when they had dollar mcdoubles, at that time the big mac sauce was free.

    The white sox might be a bottom basement team with alot of issues but don't discount the fact that they really want to beat the Twins, especially in front of their home crowd. It came down to finally getting timely ABs and taking advantage of mistakes that a young inexperienced team makes. Not gonna read too much into this win and say the Twins have turned a corner but it's baseball and all good stretches start somewhere.

    Finally got back to ND, was at the saturday game. Good to see a win there, but man. This team is going into a tailspin they need to recover from quick. Just goes to show you can't just plug in cheap veterans in the offseason and expect to improve. It's still early, but they're not playing like a good team, let alone a team.

    If Lamarre is good enough to go into centerfield he should've been good enough to get a start over Grossman in right. Not like Grossman has been lighting the world on fire. Not only that but it's not like Grossman is hitting 9th where if he takes a walk to extend a chance for Dozier. I agree though, you have several guys that Molly doesn't trust enough to use, why are they on the roster then?

    Grossman's just a boring player. I want a guy looking to drive a gapper with two guys on base, not merely trying to walk just to bring castro up with the bases loaded.

    I would have frontloaded darvish the next two years, given him the opt out and pray he takes it right before his arm falls off. That way you get two years of help, he can go back to the beaches in time for you to start paying your homegrown talent. I just didn’t want 25/yr sucking up payroll in the ass end wasting space and losing a homegrown stud.

    I hope Mauer doesn’t get screwed by a different generation of voters. I sat in front of a kid at a twins game this summer that told his friend that Mauer used to be a catcher but he was pretty average. My wife had to stop me from yelling at him. I was insulted that someone called Mauer an average catcher.
