A better athlete than he appears. Profiles at RF or 1B. Massive left-handed power (70 future, 80 raw) with a good swing. Lacks the polish of the high-end prep hitters. A project that will need at-bats, time and patience.

Twins will likely have to see how far they can stretch their pool money. Remember last year, it appeared that Omari Daniel was not going to sign but Twins were able to get it done late in the process. Parker is a committed to Chipola JC, which also gives the Twins more flexibility with the return of the draft-and-follow rule.
