It is very refreshing to know that Escobar cares about Twin's baseball. It is not often obvious when a player sells his soul to Satan.

This is a very strange game. I can't honestly remember a time in the last couple of years where the starter went <4 innings but the Twins offense actually stayed in the game and didn't roll over.

 

For some reason, they're playing with more "heart" this year, if there is such a thing. The pitching still sucks, though.

Well, except for the fourth inning the Twins have scored one every time tonight. As long as the bullpen does their job and throws zeros the rest of the way, this trend should produce a comfortable one-run victory.
