  1. Nine of twelves point was a metrodome start at 11am, which is what I responded too
  2. Or, at least we are not playing the Dodgers today
  3. Mondays game starts at 8:10 PDT. I don’t believe I’ve ever seen a major league ballgame start that early .
  4. Robinson fields the ball at third and makes a good throw to Robinson at first to get the hitter Robinson by a couple of steps
  5. Was I blaming the “victim” no, just stating a basic fundamental that we all learned In Little League
  6. Awkward slide, it happens. Here’s a novel idea, run hard from the get go and go in standing up.
  7. Naw, chances are he’s hurt and out of the lineup
  8. He’s somewhat of a klutz, doesn’t know how to protect himself, sometimes in what should be a simple situation
  9. Yesterday a game the Twins could have won, Archer pitched 4 innings, not the problem. Seven relievers was the problem. Somebody is going to fail, no question. Then today he actually gets 3 innings from a reliever, so he sends him out for four, come on. We were probably going to lose, so why even try right… wrong! And Gray with his 4.2 inning start, not the problem. 4 relievers is the problem. You can’t get 2 innings from any of them? If you do, Duffey sits and the Twins win. So after 6 games they’ve won 2, gave away two they could have won, and gave up on a game when they were down only 3. Blame the offense? Go ahead, but if the manager isn’t going to try to win it, how motivated are the players expected to be?
  10. Especially for a guy like Kershaw
  11. And then, of course, the bullpen would blow the game
  12. Only if he was a Twins pitcher would he be pulled
  13. Proof that a Twins reliever can pitch more than one inning
  14. The website scoreboard says it’s a perfect game…. so what is everybody complaining about ?
  15. Had he done that the Twins may have won the game, but my hindsight is perfect
  16. 2 runs in the first. Not a stretch to think that will be enough for Kershaw. I’m aware it’s early, but I’m also very familiar with this scenario. Next is a series of 1 inning stunts from at least 5 relievers.
  17. The problem is the Twins haven’t used enough pitchers in this game
