  1. Well, you heard him, fellas. Let's none of us visit TwinsDaily for the next three weeks.
  2. Small sample, but oh yes he has. .400/.441/.545 in Rochester last year.
  3. It's a position of need for the Dodgers. I think we should try and leverage Nolasco's early success and make a strong push for BBQ flavor.
  4. Are people afraid to put Sano at 40? I think he'll get there.
  5. The White Sox are going to be bad, man. Twins will have the better record. Head-to-Head, though, I think the series will be closer, since I doubt our guys will blast the unholy crap out of Sale every time they see him. Then again, his elbow is bound to snap into teeny tiny pieces any moment now, so maybe that won't be an issue.
  6. They're going to be pretty bad. All due respect to Miggy, but this is pretty much the same bunch of used-up old codgers from last year. Then you consider that their LF out of the gate last year was Cespedes, and Upton doesn't look so hot anymore. Then, you try to imagine a universe where Zimmerman is anywhere remotely close to David Price's calibur, and all of a sudden, it's not looking good for the kitties.
  7. Probably not a JR Graham autograph.
  8. Ah, my mistake. I would agree that he is not a 'failed' starter.
  9. His name is Trevor May, the 2016 All Star set up man.
  10. Would anyone be interested in scooping up Timmy on a 1-year deal? Could he add some value to the pen or is he cooked?
  11. And I do not want to see Milone anywhere in this team. Milone has done nothing but surpass ignorantly low expectations since he has been here. Arguably the best value in our rotation.
  12. Now that the dust has settled somewhat, and we're all ready to throw dirt on Murphy apparently, it seems clear that Murphy isn't our catching upgrade. He's an upgrade over Hermann, and maybe there's a smidge of a chance that he fits into our future. I don't think we're done looking for an everyday catcher. I think we're in for a lot of big moves. Which is pretty weird.
  13. Everyone should probably try not to forget that Hicks was unanimously worthless until August 2015. Probably got a good deal in that light.
  14. I don't think this means our OF is set, and I certainly don't think it spells Sano in RF. I think this probably means we're going after Rasmus, or something like that.
  15. I am aware of a team trying to play Hanley Ramirez in the outfield. How'd that go?
  16. With all the talk about positional log jams and young, talented players being blocked, i cannot believe how the Plouffe supporters are coming out of the woodwork right now. Plouffe is, like, okay. I think if you can find somebody who wants him and is willing to take Nolasco as a part of whatever the deal is, you go for it. We just need to open up some space. He really isn't going to be missed that sorely.
  17. Oh, you guys and your Arcia talk! I don't know whether to laugh or cry anymore.
