    I will say, even fully acknowledging how the twins seem to wither against NY, I'm a bit surprised at how much of a david/goliath thing this matchup has seemed to become. It's not like the Yankees are some unbeatable force, or they wouldn't be in the WC round. Definitely some east coast bias in effect here. Also, screw MLB for starting this game at 8:10 eastern time. Won't be over til midnight

    I wore all the twins paraphernalia I own in the midst of yankee country today. I don't think it's a stretch to say a victory here tonight would probably be in the top 3, if not my most memorable sporting event I've ever watched as a fan.
