  1. Cory said it looked like Ryan never believed he was going to steal third lol
  2. Hamilton, reminds me of Miranda’s cousin
  3. Humiliating how often we get played on the basepaths
  4. Teams should just run all day on the twins
  5. Oh no grabbed right for that knee
  6. Denard thought that ball “had a chance?”, I hope he meant for a hit and not a homer
  7. Well for the good news, I’ll be using my grill for the first time this season tonight.
  8. We were that close to not having a 20 pitch inning
  9. He sounds totally different from the other day
  10. Who’s the other guy in the booth? Can’t identify his voice
  11. Could have sworn they said this pitcher’s name was Brian Fellows
  12. From what I remember, Lee didn’t move at all, never even attempted to break towards third. The third baseman was even with the bag but Lee didn’t seem to move even when it was clear the play was at home. He’s slow so once he hesitated he probably would have been nailed at third had he tried to go. Considering that the twins very frequently run that play, I’m going to guess that Lee missed the sign
  13. Fair questions. The play was not close. And Lee literally did not move at second base, which, either way, was not good baserunning. Clemens struck out on 3 pitches so I guess it’s pointless to criticize it. But I’d still like the chances of scoring with a runner still at third less than two outs, even if it’s a poor hitter. Certainly seem like a better chance of scoring than sending a slow runner with nobody out. Byron, maybe.
  14. Don’t forget, the twins almost didn’t even score in the 10th after a baserunning error on one of the rare times they got a hit with RISP Once the twins incomprehensibly ran the contact play with slow runner ty France, with nobody out and runners at second and third in the second inning and ran into an out, I knew what kind of day it was going to be.
  15. Or if they could execute a 1st/3rd play on the steal, maybe they get one of the runners? I’m just not letting a guy who I’ve witnessed get a ton of clutch hits against us do it again
  16. 24-4 against the white sox and angels since last season. 71-95 against everyone else
  17. I was wondering if the twins chose not to walk Ramirez because they have yet to figure out how to defend against the 1st and 3rd little league steal 😂
  18. Yeah, Cleveland has been getting a lot of praise. But they surely aren’t some world-beating club
  19. Ramirez now has 80 rbi in 172 games against the twins
