    They also have Baez who is SS right now. Even if he profiles as a 3b, the cubs really CANT take a middle infielder. I know you take bpa in the draft, but geez some pitching in that system is a must. As far as twins go. I have been hoping that Nola is not the selection, but what if he is this years Wacha. Kolek effing scares me but also excites me. Gordon is sexy pick now and sounds like he is linked to twins. If jackson can hit i like him and would keep him at catcher. I am much more excited this year as all these guys in top 10 seem good and last year number 4 seemed far away from 3.

    I am so optimistic that i planned my first trip to the cities since year one of target field (saw 8 games that year). I planned it for the july first series against kc. Hopefully i will get to see may or meyer. Im sure meyer will play in futures game so i might only see may. I feel the team will be at or above .500 in july. Go twins!

    I dont think anyone defended him not taking credit. I for one probably said to be patient with this guy as he has had success before. But no one ever said he was accountable or that making excuses was ok. I was sad when he got traded, not because i thought he could turn it around, but because the noodle arm (lil ben) trade rests on the development of Trevor May.

    Worley was worse than terrible...he sucked. One article does not mean he is back...he still sucks and likely will not be back in the bigs. Liriano always had the stuff but dont tell me his faults were because of rick anderson. One more thing on worley...dude is a crybaby. He never took responsibility in minnesota even blaming the wind at one point. Sounds like he is the same guy saying he never got a chance...newsflash "vanimal," if you would have showed any signs of being even a AAAA guy we would have kept you.
