  1. Mountain Standard Time here in Tucson, RB. Not west coast time . We don't like us no west coast hippies nor their weird ideas about"daylight savings time"
  2. My opinion hasn't changed since ST started... the best of a bad set of options was to start with Hicks in CF again this year. There is still a chance that option works out, meanwhile he's probably not any worse than the current options. Plus, I doubt the current CF options come with much if any chance at success, short or long term.
  3. The Twins have had years to watch and evaluate Santana's ability to play SS. They made a decision this winter to play him there, and had an entire spring training (not just games) to evaluate that decision. Nothing he's done in 2015 should be a huge surprise to them. I hope they aren't changing their minds based on 10 games. Things can change, for the better or the worse, but I don't think you decide they've changed for good based on such limited data. Let him play.
  4. G'night everyone...thanks for making another Twins game more enjoyable!
  5. Not as much as you'll hate the joke. edit: beaten to the punch by ash, twice in one night. uffda.
  6. We're not last! clap-clap-clapclapclap We're not last! clap-clap-clapclapclap
  7. Some night...not tonight, but some night, when it's late in the season and it's just a few of us hangin' out late in a west coast game, I'll share a great joke, with "cheetos" as a crucial part of a great punch line.
  8. I know it's early, and I know the Indians are all the talk amongst the smart crowd, but I'm not that impressed. There is no there, there.
  9. I have a good feeling about this. I like our chances of not giving up any runs the rest of this inning.
  10. A scoreless inning from Boyer. Baby steps.
  11. He cleverly waited, hoping to bait the CFer into an errant throw to third, thereby ending the game, all the while knowing he had third base easy.
  12. Do it. Then reneg on the deal halfway through.
  13. I notice you waited until the last meatball from Boyer was popped up before posting this.
  14. Thielbar. Better'n Boyer, I guess.
  15. I have no problem with Dozier putting himself in position to score if the ball drops. I don't think tagging is the correct play there.
  16. The scroll across the bottom of the feed had "MLS Red Bulls 2 Earthquake 0." I confess to not knowing those things existed.
