    If i was sufficiently cautious this time, is there any reason to believe i'll actually be more cautious next? But it does encourage me not to let my guard down. Or let up my guard? So exactly the same next time, especially if i can't distinguish between up and down.

    Say rather an indicator? Omens are usually more portentous and not directly connected in any way to the the result, where as if young ones just do what they been doin', So driving along a lonely mountain highway, and seeing majestic n-point* buck silhouetted by my high beams in the middle of the road staring back at me as though i were beneath him (which i was, going uphill) as i slowed. He turned, and casually sauntered the rest of the way across, with a little hop as i actually passed him. So what does that mean, speaking omenously? * - n>10, but i didn't take the time to count
