  1. It hit Buxton's glove... My Oh My!
  2. I haven't read 'em. Is this what Chaucer wrote about? I was also meaning to say this could be a cool concept and a clever joke. I'll take the Burger to win, the fries to place, and the ketchup to show.
  3. Yes! Escobar tacks on the extra point.
  4. You're welcome? Though i guess it's not exactly for me to say... How'd Ash put it... ah! Collectively, you're welcome. And would you find something getting the same idea 'cross what meets with the sensitive visual palate?
  5. South African World Cup, eat your heart out...
  6. Didn't fully appreciate all the twisted string involved, nor did i appreciate the jump to the next harmonic. But i'm proud o' myself in figurin' out basically how it worked... Thanks!
  7. I'm not sure i've seen this before... Do ya grab the two wood handles, and pull until it spins? Are those holes in the rim that whistle under the above conditions? Cool!
  8. Bases loaded, 1 out. hmmm... Oh. 2 outs. Now it's less familiar a situation.
  9. Sorry. I didn't mean to pile on... Now that you mention it, 1 out and bases load isn't usually a good omen. Especially in the first.
  10. Please continue the anti-jinxing, Nostradamus. Yeah, what else don't you like? (Is that what they call a blank check?)
  11. Home of the WOPR, eh? I vaguely remember when they used to say "where kids are king...". Wait. I'm getting confused, aren't i.
  12. That sounds really nice... I stocked up a bit on some cheap brand of raspberry "spread" that was half off. Still goin' through the first jar, but it's good enough for me.
  13. Concur. Except i'd characterize 'em as sleek Northern Minnesota Loons.
  14. Seemed like a good idea at the time.
  15. Lucky teams do tend to win... I'm getting to like jams. Got some strawberry recently, which i should break out for a snack soon.
  16. I think everytime i read it quickly i thought Bakersfield was Bakers Street, so my first guess should have been "Elementary, my dear Watson." or some simple form deduction.
  17. Done and done. Good Job, Mr. Duffey.
  18. Time to strand a few runners...
  19. I think we're supposed to guess... Um... Are they visible from space?
  20. Indeed. I confess that some day i wanna learn a bunch of the music from the show, and go a-buskin' with it. Long term hope... but i think the music's worth it. Er, play ball!
  21. Wait 'til we get going! ... Where were we?
  22. Never got around to following Monk, though i am a fan of what Shalhoub i've seen. Was Weller a recurring character, or just a cameo? I certainly was pleased to see him in the recent Star Trek movie. Anyway, i think i owe a small apology for responding without actually watching your video... Now i have. Is good. And on topic, being about Tigers and all. I think my favorite tiger related lyrics at the moment are: "Catch the tail by the tiger. Take the horns by the bull. A bird in need is a friend indeed So pull the eyes over the wool." (lyrics written by someone of Canada, as i recall)
  23. I wasn't paying attention. Which one was Chief?
