  1. Wealll... If the running comes first... wouldn't calling it a run and hit be more accurate?
  2. That, or unlike it could ever happen. I'm not picky.
  3. (Congrats on 26,000 by the way) I was gonna just say "me next!" in as infantile a voice as i could, but seein' the numbers, i gotta think of RB and say for post 26k (zero indexed) um, Please review... A hamburger meal. From an Italian Restaurant in Western United states. for brunch. during some non-pandemic related event.
  4. Game ends on a called 3rd strike. 6 and half innings down...
  5. Pretty sure he's just keeping in practice, so he's ready when it's really needed.
  6. Meant to ask... Does game length affect starter requirements to earn a win?
  7. Fair enough. Sano was put in motion, so he had a head start goin' for 3rd. But, well, um, hitting and running were both present. Sorry, what i miss? We got us another run?
  8. Only 1 out, so, yeah, a conservative hit and run, but still there is a chance of Arraez getting struck out, and Sano not successfully stealing second.

  10. Woah! Now that is an elegant game thread intro! Thanks! I see i been missing a slugfest so far?
  11. Now i'm actually concerned they might have gotten wet...
  12. I am a fan of the simultaneous doubleheader. But that is easier on 2 fields. Hmmm... You could even offset them by half an inning, and use the same fielders on both fields. It could be just like modern football, with an offense and a defense that played separately. So... Long story short, they would do it another way just to be difficult.
